JOB SUMMARY
The Procurement Manager’s key objective is to organize and manage F&B purchasing, receiving, invoice reconciliation and requisitions in such a manner that it directly lowers and maintains lower operating costs for the unit. In addition, they will regularly update and maintain vendor contact lists, product guides, inventory database, and fulfill requisitions in appropriate timely manner. The position will also issue and reconcile all purchase orders, ensuring compliance in the proper Purchasing Standard Operating Procedures. The Procurement Manager will also be the key point of contact and maintenance of the Birchstreet purchasing procurement item database and vendor database.
